I was delighted by THEERTHYATRA team's humility, constant smiles, and willingness to help. From the moment I initially asked about the Trek, through making payments and enquiring about how to prepare, to the Trek journey, and ultimately after I completed the Trek, everyone involved at all levels was always willing to assist me. Finally, it gave the feeling that we were all part of one big family. I was trekking Brahmatal with my friends and daughter, and we all had a great time, thanks to Theerthyatra. With the crew, I felt comfortable and secure. I've been trekking for a long time. I've been on numerous mountain treks. But this journey has been very unique. It's the ideal combination of jungle, streams, mystic village, sunrises and sunsets, camping, and cooking food. This list goes on and on.

At times along the journey, decisions had to be changed and amended while the team was always calm and supportive. This being my first journey with THEERTHYATRA, I am happy to report that it has been one of the most amazing experience of my life. All of the days on the journey had been made healthier by the warmth and caring of the entire team. Theerthyatra's team was extremely professional and accommodating throughout the entire process, from timeliness to food, organization to safety considerations, support to fun. In conclusion, it had been a wonderful experience.

Madhu, the experience coordinator, had been really helpful both before and after the hike. He was always quick to respond to any question or issue I had, and he told us all we needed to know about the walk, including the essentials, requirements, fitness regimen, packing our goods, and how to mentally prepare. He was eager to speak with everyone in the group after the hike and to know our thoughts and experiences.
