Chardham is the most divine yatra done by lakhs of devotees every year. Located on the high Himalayas of Uttarakhand, Chardham yatra also called Chotta Chardham yatra involves darshan at four holy Dhams; Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath. These Dhams attract the greatest number of pilgrims each year, making them the most important religious travel places in Northern India. Chardham Yatra has a lot of religious significance in the Hindu samskruti. It has always been believed that every Hindu must go on this pilgrimage at least once in his lifetime. This is because it is believed that Chardham Yatra opens the gates of salvation by washing away the sins of a lifetime. It is said that when a pilgrim finishes the Chardham Yatra, he attains absolute peace of mind. Due to the long days required to complete the Chardham Yatra, some choose to do it partially, thus they choose to visit Kedarnath and Badrinath called Do Dham yatra.

1Day 1
Arrive at Dehradun Airport and get assisted transport to Guptkashi/Sitapur (185 KMs, 7 hours drive). Once reached check into the hotel take some rest and according to the availability of time, some local sightseeing is possible. Night stay and dinner at the hotel in Guptkashi/Sitapur. -
2Day 2
Guptkashi/Sitapur to Kedarnath. On this day you will be traveling by vehicle for about 35 km and then you will trek for about 16 km. The vehicle will depart at 6 am and arrive at Sonprayag around 8 am. From there get a shared Trax to Gaurikund. Gaurikund you can start your trek to Kedarnath. During the trek, you can also choose to travel on a Pony or hire a Pitu (porter) or a Doli (palanquin). From Gaurikund, you will depart at about 9 am to arrive at Kedarnath at around 4 PM on foot. You can watch the evening Aarti (divine ritual) at the Kedarnath temple and retire for the night. Kedarnath Accommodation will be sharing/dormitory by GMVN (10 beds in one room). -
3Day 3
Kedarnath to Ukhimath. Leave your dormitory early so that you get ample time for morning prayers at the Kedarnath temple. Post prayers and the breakfast halt leave for Gauri Kund. You will reach Gaurikund by 2-3 PM and then you can leave for Ukhimath. You will reach Ukhimath in 3-4 hours, On arrival check in to the hotel for dinner and a halt for the night. Triyugi Narayan Mandir is an optional place you can visit from Gaurikund by using the private shared transportation available in the taxi stand. -
4Day 4
Ukhimath to Badrinath. The vehicle will depart from Ukhimath after breakfast. Your journey will be around 160 km. Post-lunch, reach Badrinath at around 4.30 pm. Check in to the hotel and take some rest. Later leave for the temple and participate in the evening Aarti (divine ritual) at the Badrinath temple and offer prayers. Come back to the hotel for dinner and you will be staying in Badrinath for the night. -
5Day 5
Badrinath to Rudraprayag. Early morning, after a dip in the sacred Tapt Kund, visit the Badrinath Temple. Return to the hotel by 7 am, have breakfast and then you can leave for the quaint Mana village, and explore Badrinath town, If time permits visit Auli and enjoy a cable car and then start back for Rudraprayag. On the way, around 150 km away, stop at Vishnuprayag, the confluence of the Alaknanda and Dhauli Ganga rivers. Reach Rudraprayag, and check in to the hotel for dinner and night's stay. -
6Day 6
Rudraprayag to Dehradun. After morning breakfast you can leave for Dehradun airport which will be a 4 hrs drive. If time permits visit Rishikesh and see visit Ram Jhoola, Laxman Jhoola, and Sita Phool. Later get dropped at the airport by 3.30 pm (advised to book evening flight after 5 pm from Dehradun airport). Continue your onward journey home with an abundance of blessings and memories from the Dev Bhoomi.
