Kailash Mansarovar Yatra is the ultimate pilgrimage a Hindu can ever do in his lifetime. Mount Kailash is home to Lord Siva and Ma Parvati. The divine spiritual journey to Kailash Kailash Mansarovar has been going on for thousands of years. Darshan and circumambulation (parikrama) around Mt Kailash and taking a dip in the holy water of Lake Mansarovar can lead to freedom from more incarnations and purification of the soul which will help to finish the eternal journey of spirit towards salvation.

1Day 1Kathmandu. On arrival at Katmandu get assisted transfer to the hotel. After check-in take complete rest to get acclimatized. According to the check-in time lunch will be served. By evening there will be a program briefing which will explain the whole trip details, Do's and Do Nots. Later have dinner and a night of sound sleep.

2Day 2This day will be utilized for Kathmandu Sightseeing. Full-day sightseeing in Katmandu valley by AC coach will be arranged and Pashupatinath, Buddhanath, Swayambhunath, Jalnarayan, and Kathmandu Durbar square will be covered. Lunch will be served in between. Once done with the outside trip get back to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

3Day 3Kathmandu to Lhasa. Have breakfast and check out from the hotel. You will be transferred to Kathmandu airport for boarding a flight to Lhasa, the administrative capital of Tibet. Lhasa is situated 3700m above sea level and it takes almost 1 hour and 15 minutes flight to reach there from Kathmandu. On arrival at Lhasa get assisted transfer to the hotel. Lunch will be served by that time. Check-in and relax for the remaining part of the day as altitude is increasing and you need enough rest to acclimatize. Later have dinner and sound sleep.

4Day 4This day will be spent in Lhasa sightseeing. After breakfast visits world famous Potala Palace and Jorkhang Temple & Barkhor. Lunch will be served en-route. Once the city tour is over come back to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

5Day 5The team will move forward to Shigatse today. Have an early breakfast and check out from the hotel. Then drive 360 km to Sightse via the new road, which is 3900m above sea level. En route visit Tashilungpo Monastery where the world's highest (33m) gold-gilded statue of future Buddha Maitreya is located. Lunch will be served on the way and once reached Shigatse check in for dinner and an overnight stay at the local hotel.

6Day 6On this day the transportation will be from Shigatse to Saga. After early morning breakfast and checkout drive 340km to Saga, and join the regular Kailash route. From here onwards dedicated cooks and crew will join the team and food will be freshly cooked and served every time. Once reached Saga, check in to the accommodation for an overnight stay.

7Day 7Early morning leave for Lake Manasarover which is 4558m high from sea level and 500 km away from Saga. The travel may take up to 8-9 hours. This will be a very auspicious day for all people on the team as they are at Holy Manasarovar Lake and also get a glimpse of Mt. Kailash From Horchu Pass. Once reached stay overnight at Chhu Gompa at the shore of lake Manasarovar.

8Day 8The whole day will be spent at Monassarovar. Pilgrims can do Puja, Havana worship, Meditation, Holy bath, etc. here. Some tend to collect stones from Mansarovar lake shore as a souvenir. Breakfast and Lunch will be served timely. By afternoon, leave Chhu Gompa and drive to Darchen, which is 30km away and 4560m above sea level. Once reached check-in for dinner and overnight stay in the hotel.

9Day 9Today the trek begins and will be the first day of Kailash Parikrama. Darchen to Diraphuk is 18km and is a part of Kora. For the first 10 km of this way, from Darchen to Sarshung valley (Yamdwar) pilgrims can travel by vehicle. later trek by foot begins and may take up approximately about 04 to 05 hours to Diraphuk camp (4890m). During this walk, you can see the west face of mount Kailash. Once reached Diraphuk camp you can see the north face of mountain Kailash and from here you can climb to the valley of Mt. Kailash as well. This distance is approximately 3 KM and can reach in an hour's time. Have the holy darshan of Mt. Kailash and do your Puja, Havana worship, Meditation, Shraadh, etc. Later come back to camp and start exploring the Drirapuk Monastery. This will give you a Far-distant view of Mount Kailash and Lake Manasarovar. Stay overnight at the camp here.

10Day 10Day two of the Parikrama trek will start from Drirapuk and reach Dzultripuk, which is 22km and will take 12 hours to finish. Zuthulphuk is 4790m above sea level. The most difficult part of the journey is Trek from Drirapuk to Dolma La pass. Dolma La pass is the highest point in this trip too, which is 5600m above sea level. We will offer very short prayers at Dolmala and move towards Gaurikund and climb down as fast as possible to avoid harsh climate conditions. Once reached stay overnight in the guesthouse at Zuthulphuk.

11Day 11This will be the third day of the Parikrama Trek. This starts from Dzutripuk and ends at Darchen. Today trek by foot will be 7km to Zongto and the remaining 5 kilometers to Darchen will be covered by the vehicle. There will be a lot of Mani Stones throughout your Parikrama trip. Once reached Darchen your parikrama is complete. Check in to the hotel and rest for the remaining time of the day and the following night.

12Day 12This day morning, leave the hotel after breakfast and drive back to Shigatse. Stay overnight in a local hotel. Food will be served as per the respective timings.

13Day 13After breakfast checkout and drive to Lhasa. After lunch, you can spend time shopping. Stay overnight in the hotel in Lhasa.

14Day 14Departure from Lhasa to Kathmandu. On arrival at Kathmandu get transferred to the hotel and Stay overnight in the hotel.

15Day 15The yatra ends today. After breakfast, get assisted departure transfer to Kathmandu airport. From there continue your journey onwards with splendid and divine memories of the abode of Lord Shiva, Mount Kailash, and Holy Monassarovar Lake.
